The Partner Program is Roamaya's way of recognizing hosts who consistently deliver exceptional trip experiences. Partners represent the gold standard of hosting on our platform and receive benefits that reflect their commitment to quality.

4. How to Join
4.1 Automatic Qualification
Partners are identified automaticallyby the platform. Once you meet all eligibility criteria, you'll receive an invitation via email and in-app notification. No manual application is required.
4.2 Acceptance
- Receive the Partner Program invitation.
- Review and accept the Partner Terms (additional to standard Host terms).
- Your Partner benefits activate within 24 hours.
5. Maintaining Partner Status
- Partner status is reviewed quarterly.
- You must maintain the eligibility criteria to retain Partner benefits.
- If you fall below requirements, you'll receive a 30-day grace period to recover.
- If criteria aren't met after the grace period, Partner status is paused (not permanently revoked) — you can re-qualify anytime.
6. Partner Responsibilities
- Uphold the highest standards of the Host Guidelines.
- Represent the Roamaya brand positively in your marketing and interactions.
- Provide feedback and participate in platform improvement surveys when requested.
- Maintain professional photography standards for listings.
7. Revocation
Partner status may be permanently revoked for:
- Serious safety incidents caused by negligence.
- Policy violations (fraud, discrimination, harassment).
- Sustained rating below 4.0 for two consecutive quarters.
- Account suspension for any reason.
